Lacks most basic efficiency features

Bneuch

ToDo has so much talent and weight behind it with Microsoft that it’s beyond me how it lacks the most basic features to make it efficient to use after years of . Example: Every time a due date changes, it takes multiple clicks & scrolls — due date and reminder date aren’t linked. And no ability to drag a task to another day, no way to limit search results to incomplete tasks. Mobile app hangs & crashes constantly. Though some of the interface is nice, it’s impossible to get hooked on this app- feels like i work for it; it certainly doesn’t work for me.

Can’t sync

gabouss

We used to love this app but when we got her iPhone 12s we could not get the app to sync with both of our phones

Supports widgets

Having widget for this app is really useful!

Great app to get things done

Cayellis

I love this app! I started using it and it helps you stay on track. I use it at work and at home. You can create groups to organize and steps within the lists to break down a item into smaller chunks; it’s very versatile. The trick is to take only three items and put them in your Today bucket, that way you can check them off as day goes on and that makes you feel like you’re getting stuff done. You can always add more in later. I have so many To dos, it is daunting, but three I can yet done!

Just frustrating

Fr Jay R

I’m glad to have an app on my phone that shows me my Outlook tasks. But the limited sort options are simply ridiculous. By due date - great Alphabetically - really? Why would I want that? How about start date?! It would be really helpful to sort so I can see what I need to be working on NOW! How about categories? What’s happening on this project… that would be really useful. So it’s just frustrating that it gets me part of the way to what I need and then dumps me on the roadside.

Good but some flaws

First of all no task list app works perfectly. So far this is the closest I’ve found. It works on pc, iOS and android. The ui is relatively user friendly. It has a key problem with monthly tasks. If you choose monthly on the mobile app it is the day of the month. There is no option for day of week (like 3rd Thursday of each month). I found that I can go in outlook on the pc and choose this option. However, then when I view the task on the app it appears as if it’s not recurring. Also I wish there were options for semi-monthly, semi-annual and quarterly. But other than those things, the app works pretty well.

Well designed, feature rich

DivineSmilesDentist

Well designed, useful features, easy and intuitive, syncs across devices. Before I was sending myself text reminders, using stickies, iOS notes, calendar, etc..... and manually syncing everything. I mostly wanted a way to enter notes once and sync them easily. I got this app and I started by creating a flat task list. Then grouped tasks. Then set alarms for tasks. Then added sub-steps for tasks. And so on.... It's a pleasure to use.

Hard to navigate

the knocker

Still learning how to align and synch to my OS365 account. Wish it could synch as well to my outlook account.

Can’t Live Without It!

Organized Oscar

This app keeps my crazy life in order. It is the master list of lists!

No way to text phone numbers

MyuSarnames

When you create a task with the phone number, you can tap the number to call, but for texting you can only copy the number and paste it into messenger app
