I simply wanted to go through PowerPoint presentations on my iPhone. It took forever to figure out how to simply do that.

This was a disappointment and I never got to do a PowerPoint. It would be a good app but as long as you do not have a iPad to use it for. This is to warn you so do not wast your time like I did downloading this app on a iPad .

Just stop… Stop hiding text copy/pasting

Eddie5938

Edit: Found it… apparently you have to have the virtual keyboard on and not using an external keyboard…. Which means when I want to copy/paste I have to select the text, turn off my external keyboard, turn keyboard back on to regain half of my screen, find the new place to paste to, turn keyboard back off to get the paste button, & finally turn keyboard back on. Edit Con’t: Why would you punish those of us who prefer not to lose half of their screen to a virtual keyboard??? The copy/paste button used to be on the button bar with an external keyboard. Now its this stupid box thing… I bet whoever over there that made the change brags about it… fire them (see below). I now say it was done to sabotage your app. Or you were hacked… might want to change your password for updates… Because no one could have made this a conscious decision unless they willfully wanted to hurt your users… Something as basic as copy/pasting text should not be a chore to find. It used to be an icon on the bottom that was aggravating and cumbersome, but it was there…. it’s now completely gone to the point I cannot find it how to do it and Google searches are not yielding results… Just stop making simple things difficult… find the programmer that hid it and fire them. Someone somewhere in your company knows who did it. They must have did it to be funny at best or intentional sabotage at worst. No one in their right mind would make copy/pasting text anything but user friendly. Other than that, pretty satisfied.

Extremely useful for mobile backgrounds.

I can make my own backgrounds (for mobile devices) with powerpoint, 5/5 stars.

Cannot Edit Presentation

GoogleTool

I run the latest version of the PowerPoint on the latest version of iPadOS on an iPad Pro, but find the App almost unusable. In a typical example, I create a new presentation using a template on my iMac, then try to use my iPad to edit and refine the presentation. But I can’t. The presentation has a beautiful appearance totally faithful to what was created on the iMac. However, attempts at editing are like stumbling in the dark. The cursor is invisible in text boxes. Text cannot be highlighted. Bulleted lists cannot be indented. These and other issues make the App unusable.
