For the last three or four updates, the app has been sluggish. Try to access the menu and it takes a minute (literally) to open. I’ve brought this to the attention of the service desk and they say they are aware of it and aren’t sure when it will be fixed. Not helpful.

Annotations don’t appear on PDF’s unless I create a PDF or prepare to print one. But even after being able to view them , the annotations don’t print with the PDF’s, Please fix this . Other then that the app is great , very convenient, I love it !! , Thank you .

This app keeps getting worse and slower with each update! Now with the latest update v2.81, half of the time I cannot pull down on the message list to refresh and get new messages and have to restart the app. I pull down the list and it does nothing. And why does this app take so long to open? I’ve been timing it for over a year and the app usually takes 5-8 seconds before going from a white screen to the app content. I have the problem on two devices, an iPhone X and an iPad Air 2 running iOS 11.4

UPDATE: Microsoft turned this around very quickly. Within a week, the app was working properly again. Updated rating to 4 stars. ORIGINAL REVIEW: While the latest version of the app supports the ability to turn off the misguided “Focused Inbox” feature, the “off” setting doesn’t stick and the next time you switch over to the app, the dang Focused Inbox is back on. Same thing with other settings such as receiving iOS notifications on every email received. This is quite an inconvenience and a hassle.

They discontinued OWA for this?! I can’t access my contacts that are in sub folders. I can’t get my organization’s shared calendar located in public folder. How can you end OWA when this does not have same functionality. Crap.

Handles email well, though I can’t access secondary mailboxes I can use from my desktop which is severely limiting in my case, but I know my case is unusual. Calendar is also good and can do most of what is needed. I just wish it handled tasks.

App crashes while loading travel emails with info in them not to mention being a minimum 3x slower to load over Apple Mail. Not time saving at all.

Needs to allow for all folder synchronization to be considered an enterprise level client. Also, please move the trash can to bottom for delete of email like it appears when selecting multiple email for delete.

Nice, stable app, but too many unnecessary steps and pauses. Needs refinement.
