When I first downloaded this app it worked great with no issues at all and still doesn’t but now since I upgraded the app I now have to pay a fee which is stupid for every month, I will pay a one time fee only if it’s forever or as long as I have the app, I don’t like pissing my money on something that I have already purchased

Start from few days ago, my document in two iPad been locked and couldn’t edited anymore. Press the resolve button, it claimed “the file is locked for editing by another user..” Even though both devices already sign out. I try to wait for couple days, let’s see does anyone have the same issue with this! Hopefully this is just the updated problem, they will fix it soon!
No keyboard?

Useless.... keyboard will not appear when trying to make entries / editing in a document sheet.
“Adding service” issues

Every time I switch away and come back it the app hangs, saying it is adding a service. I have to force quit and restart the app. That makes it far less productive than it could be.
Didn’t they invent this program?

For some reason I can’t create a column or row with the ipad or iphone version. Really lame. Everything else is okay.
New Update Doesn’t Comply

ISO update 11 keeps shutting me out of my Excel and OneNote whenever I have them pulled up. They are running super slow and not conducive to studying. Please fix this.

Makes a very good way to save info on iPhone & Synch with PC. Similar commands & format so it is an easy product to get used to working with.
