Great when it work, not so much when it doesn’t

I love this Excel app most of the time. Usually it works fine. BUT when you’ve worked on an Excel for a while and then it refuses to save it, rename it, or even make a copy, totally frustrating. Seems to be having problems with Dropbox integration recently which is a total game killer. Needs to be much more reliable and integrated with other platforms.

All of the new Office products are a pain to use with iPhones, iPads, and to a lesser extent computers because OneDrive keeps jumping in the way. The iCloud is great. That’s where we want our files. One location. The office products keep bringing up OneDrive as default, messing up how files are saved, causing duplicate old versions in different places. The strategy needs an overhaul.

Apple killed my review because I was too brutal in attacking their competition, which is pretty funny. This app is terrible. It doesn’t work ever. It won’t ever load files when pushed by OneDrive. And it won’t recognize any files I’ve downloaded recently. It does read a year old file but it’s one I've modified hundreds of times since then. I could defecate* on a keyboard and create a more reliable program. Everyone should uninstall this garbage program. *This is the word that Apple censors made me put in.
IOS 14 on iPad

Ever since I upgraded to IOS 14 and updated Excel, the app is not working correctly. It freezes up most of the time. If I navigate to another app and back to it, Excel freezes. If I try to add a new like in a cell it will freeze up. I constantly have to close out and open it back up. Hope this is corrected soon. Other than this recent issue, Excel is fantastic!
