This app lacks many of the abilities that are offered on laptops and desktops. So much so, that it becomes barely useable for any real data management.

Excel isn’t like I used to do in the early 2000. So much has changed & I forgot how to do this & that. I just do it the harder way to get it done. Wishing that Excel has help tools videos to make it easier for me.

It was great till the last update. Now I have to restart the app multiple times to complete a excel document.

The most recent update to the app 5 days ago has caused the app to crash every single time I use it. The files open fine but when I try to edit a file in any way, the screen freezes. I have a 10.5 iPad Pro and have followed all Apple troubleshooting recommendations with no success. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the app, forced shutdown, powered off my device, etc. and nothing has helped.
What is the point of this app?

I started using iCloud so I can edit live documents regardless of which device I am on. My friend created a fancy excel sheet for me to budget. I cannot edit my budget sheet in my iPhone Files app. This is understandable because I edit my budget sheet in Excel on my MacBook Pro, and it will save to iCloud. However, this iPhone Excel app will not let you edit any documents unless you sign in and use their OneDrive service. How does this not break anti-trust monopolistic ethical business practice laws? If I can use Excel on my MacBook Pro without OneDrive no problem, then I should be able to use Excel on my iPhone without OneDrive no problem.

What’s going on with excel??? Why can’t I print my own documents? I just tried to print a selection of a worksheet, and it tells me I have to adjust my privacy settings first??? What’s up with that? I have my privacy settings what they are because I want them the way they are, and I don’t appreciate you’re trying to strong arm me into making them what you want! My privacy settings are none of your business! Nor should they in any way have anything to do with my printing, that also is none of your business! PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP!!!
App Freezes PLEASE FIX!!!

After the last update a week ago, the app freezes up when editing cells and when trying to save a copy. It happens on my iPhone and iPad. PLEASE FIX!!!
