Don’t like that the app signs you out after a certain time. Even if you don’t close the app it signs you out. Big hassle using scanner.

New Michigan lottery app is terrible. The interface is terrible, pages don’t load and there is no “flow” to the website. When I IM’d with the website the tech told me to just use Chrome. No. I want an app that will interface with a cellphone. I’m just done with the online playing.

This new App design needs to be redesigned, not user friendly at all. The old App was way better. Bring it back or you will loose customers! Try to input your Keno numbers, way to hard. I know it is gambling but hey, bring back the old App today!

The app has never been good. I cannot tell you how many times that it fails to recognize that I am in the state of Michigan as it only seems to work when I am in my house. Also, the fact that it also has to bounce out of the app to an internet browser is bad. If I could give it zero stars then I would.
One giant step backward for app kind.

This 3.x version is a MAJOR step backward from the 2.x versions from a usability standpoint. Version 2 has a 1 page list of ALL of the current jackpots. Now you have to sift thru each games information page. This is very cumbersome especially since the game pages only load some of the time. Why on earth do you make us login to scan a ticket? The fact that you require the last 4 of my SS number to create an account means the I will NEVER do so! I’m only one more bad experience from removing this app permanently.

Used to have fun features for club keno, like hottest/coldest numbers, and was WAY easier to navigate. So worthless now I uninstalled.
