Why can’t I buy Mega Millions? I can buy Lotto 47 and Powerball. When I try Mega Millions it just returns to main screen. ?

Tried to buy powerball tickets but it says my login information was wrong and it wasn’t. It said it was the right email so I changed the password just to make sure, then I went to sign in and it still didn’t work. I guess I’m just going to the gas station now

The recent changes totally torpedoed the app. You could look up a series of numbers and find the winning results under Ticket View up to the last 60 drawers.It now blanks out and return you to your phone’s home screen. What is happening here? Did the developers miss a few lines of code? Or was this done intentional.

Received a few scratch offs for Xmas. Downloaded the app in order to scan them (and avoid having to scratch them) as stated on the tickets. Of course, not one scanner code was recognized by the app. On top of that, now the Lottery Commission has a bunch of my personal information, will probably bomb me with ads and promotions, and I never even play the lottery. Regrettable mistake!

I read the Privacy Notices and it states that information are collected to improve the service but sharing information from this app with Google, Facebook, Snapchat, and others has absolutely nothing to do with improving the service of this app. Highly questionable. But it also explains why they make the ticket scanner only available to registered users to collect even more information.

This app is the absolute worst state lottery app I’ve ever used. For weeks, it won’t allow me to log in and then purchase Powerball tickets. I have to log out, but the tickets outside of my account, then log back in after my tickets are in my cart and I’m ready to check out. At that point, I have to manually type my email and password because the facial recognition log in doesn’t pop up when logging in from this point. What year is it? You’d think Michigan could come up with something better but this app is terrible. Typical, Pure Michigan….
