Received an update two days ago that renders the app unusable. “Typeerror: undefined is not an object.”

I can’t upload the map for roborock And it didn’t give me any information about solutions!!!!

I’ve used the app to setup my home sweep with a Roborock S5 without any issues. That was until that last update was released. Now I can’t see the map of my home, but at least I can start the cleaning process. So, if you use the app to set exclusion zones and whatnot, don’t update the app! I’m hoping the developer fix this as soon as possible!

App is useless, meaning vacuum is useless to control remotely. App needs to be fixed ASAP. Getting an error message in mandarin, just like every other recent reviewer.

I love this cleaner! It does a very good job cleaning and mopping. I wish it was a little easier to follow the directions. It hard to set up the no go zones if your fingers aren’t small. It is hard to move and size. It is easy to hit the cancel button. Other than that I love it! I have hardwood and tile floors. And the mop makes them shine!

Since one of the recent updates I cannot use the app to control my S5 vacuum. Used to love this app, but now I cant even use what I paid good money to use.

I keep getting an error message when I try and start up the app! All this time the app was working and now not?! Fix it!

It worked for a month then the app kept saying loading the map never loads and I even created a new account and it only cleans the living room
