Have been using this for over an year. Like the features for customization. Cleans immaculate with strong vacuum suction. Couldn’t ask for more!
Recent update broke app

Chinese error message every time I click on the device. I can clean the whole house with the boundaries previously set, but can no longer add/remove virtual walls or zone clean.

This was a good app to use with the roborock vacuum, but the recent update is broken. I can no longer connect to the vacuum. Terrible! Fix your broken update.

A couple weeks ago I have noticed an error message in Chinese that I don't understand when I select my device, now I can’t see the progress of the vacumm nor add walls, this is terrible, you need to fix this asap.

Many Mi devices are not recognized by or listed on the app. That is, you can add them to the app but they simply don’t show up afterwards. These devices do say on their packaging that they are compatible. Also the initialization process is far from smooth.
Great App, Very Useful
Dramatic in Phoenix
This app is a great way to remotely control my Roborock E35 from anywhere. It notifies me as to when the vacuum begins and ends cleaning, as well as, any problems the vacuum may be experiencing, so if I’m not home I can pause the cleaning and attend to the vacuum when I return. It has many other great features too, like viewing a map of its current cleaning and the final map each time it cleans, so I know exactly where its been. I can also control the suction power, send it home to its dock, or make it spot clean. My vacuum is connected to our Amazon Echo, but honestly, I find myself using the app on my phone more than the other, it’s just so convenient and has far more options to control it.

1.13.20 Latest app update broke the application. S5 users. To fix got to Profile>>>Settings>>>Clear Cache. Developers need to address this issue as there is no help documentation on how to fix and most people will not see this fix. Roborock is a solid product and app but their qc on new app releases is lacking. It’s a hit or miss if the app will break your vacuum cleaner. This is one place that needs addressing. 4 stars.
