I thought I could connect with my Alexa, but nothing. I tried to play music, app doesn’t work. Return now!

This product simply doesn’t work. I screwed the lightbulb into a working socket, installed the app on an up-to-date iPhone, and there’s no Bluetooth connection. I tried several things and nothing worked. Super disappointed.

The light bulb works sort of but the app doesn’t allow you to access the colors the bulb can do it is really frustrating. Sorry if you already bought the bulb

Sometimes we are offered more than expected, which is a pleasant surprise, except when those added features or functionality do not work. That is exactly the case with this bulb. All I wanted was a color-changing bulb, which this does just fine and works as advertised through the app. Unfortunately, that is all that works. The scheduler and the music features, which would be nice additions although not really necessary, are completely non-functional. Despite not wanting those features, the fact that they are offered but do not work is a red flag for me as to the expected durability and stability of the entire system. If offered, it should work. Period.
my room is blue

um so i just bought four bulbs yesterday and they were working fine now it lost connection and my room is blue, i can't fix it, i tried redownloading the app, rescrewing the bulbs, but all connection was lost, please fix

This product says it is compatible with iOS but not a single Apple product works with this device. Android, however, does work. This product’s marketing is an outright lie, either intentional or accidental. If intentional, this product needs to be changed to accurately address itself. If accidental, the manufacturer should be embarrassed. This product is a waste of time and money for anyone using iOS. Actual trash.

my lightbulb works great but the app needs major revamping considering these are still being sold in stores today.
