Great Metronome! It does everything!

I remember paying $100 for a Dr Beat 15 year ago. This does three times the stuff for only a fraction of the price! Great app.

Makes practicing more fun.

I love this app. It makes practicing more fun. It has a beautiful and easy to learn user interface. I have tried many metronomes and this is the best one, period. It has made me a better player.

You must get this metronome!

Greg Goebel

This is a must have tool for musicians of any skill level. There are so many options and customizable settings to help work on your time. Great job!!!

More than a Metronome

MrDan

This is a versatile and powerful app. There are features that expand on simple metronome usage such as meter, audible/inaudible bars, tempo alteration (ramping). Add to that randomized cross rhythms, rhythm layering, odd meters, and a variety of samples, and you'll have enough tools to practice rhythm from any perspective. Highly recommended.

Great for polyrhythms

It's an awesome metronome. I use it all the time.

The best metronome there is!

This metronome is great! It's wonderful for figuring out polyrhythms, training your sense of time, and much more! I use it every time I practice. Definitely buy this metronome; it's worth it.

Had it since the start

It’s an amazing app with so much power. I’ve had it since it first came out. It’s amazing.

Brilliant

Been meaning to review this forever. Finally did so when I got an Apple Watch and, lo and behold, a Metronomics app for the watch shows up! The developer really cares about his apps, and he’s a musician! Best metronome in the App Store.

Charging for previously included features.

$10/year to use features I already paid for. Edit: I was confused. The previous features are still there for me.

Easy to use and feature rich! (and cowbell)

Jazztenor87

Metronomics has been a mainstay metronome for my practice sessions over the past 6 or 7 years. As it is designed by a practicing musician who is excellent at his craft, it is intuitive and fun to use. The app features sliders similar to physical metronomes, allowing for quick adjustments to rhythmic subdivisions. Tap tempo is as easy as tapping the tempo number. Time signatures of any type are easy to manipulate and add accents/subdivisions. However, my favorite feature is the complete control of sounds. Want a bass drum on the downbeat and tambourine on the upbeat? Cowbell on downbeats with an occasional clave upbeat? These are just the beginning. Download this fantastic app now and get to practicing!
