I love my metro home equity loans. The only improvement is better reporting of transactions on line including the amounts per segment , interest rates per segment, interest accrued as a transaction each month.

I strictly use the Mobile app. Very easy to use. Never had a problem in completing anything.

I would give it 5 stars but I wish you could do more things with bill pay like you can if you were to log in to the website. Example would be change amounts being paid, due dates, automatic transfers and so on. I love bill pay and so worth it every month. For the most part I can set it and forget it but occasionally I have to go in and adjust the amounts being dispersed and I wish I could do it from the app. I also wish it didn’t automatically log you out right away if you are trying to balance and using the screen but not touching it and the phone locks and it automatically logs you out. Or if you have to switch apps quick, like to use the calculator, it automatically logs you out. It’s a nice feature, don’t get me wrong, but I wish it would go off minutes of inactivity instead of needing to use another app in the middle. Such a pain having to log back in and find where you were and if you are like me and easily forget sometimes what you were doing. Otherwise, I can do almost anything from the app I need to. Like I said, I just wish you could do a little more especially on the bill payer side of it.
