There used to be a phrase "so easy your child can do it". Well any 18-month-old can use an app on a smart phone but it's kind of a struggle for the 55+ group that is not particularly interested in smart phone technology. This app is straightforward, easily understood and easily used. I have not had to call a single fifth grader to help me. I'll continue to do the majority of my banking at a physical location but it's great to know that if I need remote access It's readily available.
Nice app, I have had no issues. I like the fact that I can do all my banking in one place and across multiple accounts!
When I say I want to pay a bill on the first of the month, that means take the money out of my account on the first of the month because I am paid on the last day of the month. Instead they often pull out 1-2 days early and sometimes if there is a holiday or weekend even earlier than that. Do not trust them. They will overdraw you and then charge you fee when their system did this to you.
This mobile app has come a long way over the years. I love all the options and it’s simplicity. The only problem I have with it is that there never seems to be any money in my account. Could just be a personal problem though. 5 stars!

Would be nice when phones upgrade the app tech upgrades with it. Firngerprint was late and still not facial recognition. Colleagues with other financial institutions have upgraded months ago. Overall everything else works well.
I love the fingerprint capability as well as all acts on one screen it tells you basically anything I’d have to drive thru the bank to ask a live Person or make a 5 min phone call to bank so very pleased and easy
