In order to measure your heartrate, you must place finger over the camera+flash. The keyboard itself does not take the measurements but the camera+flash.

NOTE: Works best on iPhone with flash including 4/5/6/7/8/X/11

NOTE: Make sure that your fingertip completely covers the camera lens. Press gently, since pressing too hard reduces blood flow in your finger and it’s harder to get a result. Make sure that your fingers are not cold. This app is for recreational and fitness use only.

Who knew I would be helped by using this app which tracks my emotional state as I read and respond to articles which are making me angry and upset! There is a lot to be grateful for and I am happy to be catching myself falling into the negativity without even realizing it! Phew... it’s going to be a long time and I want to stay as healthy emotionally during this covid shut in and life challenge as I can. This is the app for me!
