Absolute garbage

Hujnub

A movie sent to this "app" fails to load and then you can't close the window. The only reason anyone downloads this trash is they force you to in order to receive movies. This is seriously making me rethink Verizon.

Noisy

lawyerguy1

Just downloaded this app after switching from Android to iPhone. Despite having my ringer off and the text tone set to “none” it makes incredibly loud noises when sending and receiving messages. I may have to delete it if I can’t silence it. This was never a problem in the android phone. Nothing in the App settings to silence it either.

Runs great

I use my work phone on the Message+ app and I wish that I would get notifications again for incoming calls because I don't always have my work phone on me. Also, is there a way that recurring scheduled messages could be a thing?

Misses many messages

Pdcorcoran

Consistently misses many messages, based on messages that show up in the native IOS app

Great App Still Has Some Bugs

The app is great I have an iPad and it has Verizon Wireless 4G. The app allows me to get texts at all times and phone calls at pretty weird times...but I didn't get an iPad to get calls from people with and use as a phone. Overall good app and it trumps iMessage.

Won’t sync texts!

Dcrac

Won’t sync texts all the time but this week has been completely horrible!

Code bs

Leonidas3986

Couldn’t even get the code in the 15 minute timer. I’ve only gotten one code, and it was hours later from when I was initially supposed to receive it

Excellent

Faloons

Syncs perfectly between my iPad, Android phone and my Windows 10 desktop. Exactly what I wanted.

It stinks

VanTheMan82

It absolutely infuriates me that I have to use an app to send messages to individuals who don’t have an iPhone or don’t use iMessage. I used to be able to send messages just fine until one day, I couldn’t. No one at Verizon seemed to know what the problem was - they reactivated my line and all of a sudden it seemed to work. Well, it happened again, and they suggested (in an almost threatening manner) that I should be using the Verizon messages app instead. I don’t want to use an app I have NO NEED for, when my iPhone X is perfectly capable of sending messages on its own. Thanks but no thanks for the app Verizon - I have zero interest in using something that is completely unnecessary.

Failed miserably on IOS

Worked perfect on Android Failed miserably. Makes it not sync, lost text messages. Way too many missed text messages. Proven by using it
