Shuts down

Shuts down while trying to create search. Great idea if it worked.

Does the job but not very well

Two main issues: 1. There are two many steps to move between alerts. Takes 3 taps, should only be 2. Would be great to have a view that combines all alerts. 2. Home screen badge is not accurate. I have no unread mentions but badge number always goes up. The Unread count in the app is often wrong too: shows unread mentions when there are none. I see no place in the app to go for help or offer this feedback.

Bad, so bad!

Auto scratch when try to open! Iphone 5c ios 8.4

It won't update properly

ARG22STAR

Tired of this iOS bug that leaves every week a few apps in the middle of the update, never ending, not even letting you delete them and making you WASTE TIME trying to reinstall. FIX THIS APPLE.

Great app. Has some bugs

I love it so far. The inbox option caused a crash recently. Also the unread notification doesn't always go away even though all are marked as read. Had to quit the app before they went away.

Waste of time

Tjdtimmer

Wasted to much time trying to set up. Not user friendly.

Great service, horrible app

This app is so buggy, it's unusable. Triggers notifications but the mention list is empty. Trying to change settings gives a white screen. Unfortunately, you cannot log in to the Mention site from Safari on iPad, either. So, I'm stuck using the website on Windows. Weird that such a good software service can't seem to get it together

Spend your phone space elsewhere

I cannot get past the set up. After Language, I can't click Next. I've tried multiple times. I think I'll try Google Alerts instead. The last update was in February, it seems. With all these unsatisfied people, you would think they'd fix the glitches.
