App is good

It tells you all mentions of your brand (or whatever you request) in social media, but even your own posts come up which ends up becoming more work to filter.

I like how you can mark mentions as irrelevant, archive them, and save them. It also ranks the mention on a scale of positive to negative! However, I dislike how it always pops up as having 12 new notifications every hour. Please fix.

When I go to "create alert" I get a loading symbol before a large X appears and nothing happens.

Does load many of the website inside the app

Mention is great on desktop, but fails to load many of the website it refers to. It keeps spinning forever. I'll be happy to update my review when you guys fix this.

As others said, the desktop version is great and it picks up way more mentions than others, but the app doesn't function properly at all. It gives me a red badge but doesn't find the mentions.

Simple interface with lots of capability... still learning them all. Only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because the updates and notifications are a little clumsy.
