I am a paying customer who loves the app but as of the recent update it won’t let me use the video option to make captions. I can not make any video memes at all. I have contacted customer support but have had no response. Please fix the bug. Thank you

I love this app but after the update my videos don’t load to make the meme. It just says “please wait” then goes away. It worked just fine before! And it says the update fixed this problem but it was working before I updated it. What’s going on??? And I purchased all the extra features... so I would think everything should work fine.
