I paid for the unlock everything and this month it paid it again, I just wanna know how to turn it off cause the check Apple ID thing isn’t working. The app is fine but I don’t need it and I’d like to stop getting charged

I’ve been trying to contact support about the billing issue I have had but have not been able to. I’d like to keep using the premium version of the app but it will not let me, I’ve tried unsubscribing, uninstalling the app and reinstalling but nothing will work. Can someone from support PLEASE contact me!

I paid for the pro version, then I had to delete the app to update my phone. when I re downloaded the app it was no longer the pro version
