Bob is it not changing

I love your mobile app and the easy fiction of the shopping list. It’s great ? for making it up as you see that you need an item at home and then not having to write out a shopping list. Nice work!!

I use this app every trip and love the shop and scan, however I haven’t been able to log on for the past 2 weeks. (It auto disconnected me) It keeps saying it cannot connect to the server and to try again later. I have tried logging in on LTE vs. WiFi and that didn’t work either. Idk if this is a bug but I will be happy when it’s fixed! My Meijer Rx app is logging in just fine.

Store stock doesn’t match app stock

I went to pick up a bike for my 6 year old girl that that app said was in my store. Went to the store. No bike. Then checked and noticed the 7 or so bikes on the app did not match one bike in the store. Deleting the app right after this review.

You did not fix the app allowing us frequent Meijer shoppers to enter our “Meijers credit card”. The Meijer CITI card doesn’t contain an expiration date so it can’t stored as our primary card. Meijers is forgiven though because they allow us to associate our MPERKS with any and other cards. Just don’t say you “now allow us to enter our Meijers’s card into the app” when you can’t do it.

Great for regular Meijer shoppers

Safe shopping

I won’t feel much safer shopping if all customers and employees were required to wear a mask. Today, 5/19 there was a Pepsi vendor stocking beverages without a mask in the Bowling Green store. Very disturbing.

Not worth It

First I discovered that clipped coupons weren’t deducted at checkout. Now, after realizing I spent well over the amount needed for a reward, the app wasn’t registering for the last 3 visits. I needed $64 and spent $200 over 3 visits and app still says $64. Now removing this app and shopping elsewhere!

Shopping list to shopping cart

I think that part of a seamless customer experience would have the capability to transfer your shopping list items into your shopping cart. The options could be done as an entire list or as individual items.

I really enjoy feeling like I am getting something back for spending my time and money there. The prices are good and they have only been out of ground beef that I personally know of is once. And the way these freaking evansville shoppers are. That is a plus. So I appreciate you myer and your the hourly workers who are on the front lines of this pandemic. Thanks for keeping us safe and some type of order in your store.??❤️
