WHAT IS MEGA MAN
The original Mega Man captivated users at the time of its release with its challenging gameplay and innovative concept of taking the weapons from your enemies, then using them to exploit weaknesses in the bad guys yet to come.
MODES
This version features a choice of two difficulty modes.
・Normal Mode - (Unlimited continues) The continue screen is displayed whenever Mega Man dies. Selecting Continue allows you to restart from the last checkpoint you passed in the current stage.
・Hard Mode - This challenging mode limits your number of continues, and enemy attacks deal more damage. There are also fewer checkpoints within stages.
OPTIONS (The following settings can be adjusted in-game.)
・Sound - Increase the number to raise the volume.
・Vibration - Set to "On" to have your device vibrate when Mega Man takes damage. (Default setting: On) Note: This option will not be displayed on devices with no vibration function.
・Attack - Auto: Hold the attack button for rapid-fire Mega Buster shots. Manual: Each press of the attack button fires one Mega Buster shot. Tap repeatedly for rapid-fire shots.(Default setting: Auto)
・Speed - Choose between Normal and High to adjust gameplay speed.
・Key Config - Change position of the in-game attack button and jump button.
GAMEPLAY TIPS
Search Elec Man’s stage for the Magnet Beam, which lets you place platforms wherever you like! To access the Magnet Beam, you’ll need to defeat Guts Man and get his weapon, or defeat Elec Man and play through the stage again with his weapon.

Okay, there are a few things wrong with this. First, let me point out one of the more annoying things: the controls. The d-pad is alright, but hard to get used to. The jump and shoot buttons, however, are not so great. For one, the shoot button is above the jump button, making it harder to reach. I believe that it’s necessary to have both the buttons within reach of the thumb so that it’s easier to play. This is just a personal gripe, but what’s the point of the high and turbo speed buttons? To me, it doesn’t really add anything to the gameplay and just makes it easier to die. Speaking of, when you die, it’s an instant game over. Why don’t they start you with 2 lives like normal? The gameplay aside from the controls is very laggy, but that’s about it. Other than that, it’s just Mega Man ported to IOS, but I felt, if they were going to port Mega Man, they could’ve done better than that. Since Mega Man Legacy Collection 2 is coming out soon, I want to suggest that they don’t port it to IOS unless these stated problems are fixed.

I love classic megaman but this port is awful. Incredibly hard to control to the point where it’s not even fun. I would recommend playing the actual game since this will just let you down

This series is my FAVORITE series of all time. The Mega Man series. But being able to play it on the go, It’s just amazing. Sure, It can be played on the 3Ds E-Shoppe, but it is also easier than on a physical controller. Please make more, like Mega Man 7,8,9, or 10 just please Capcom
Slow, poor frame rate!

i was so excited to here this was coming to iOS, then very disappointed. No full screen, very slow frame rate (especially on ipad pro 9.7), no Mfi support. My side loaded emulator works better. Sad, Capcom. ? I do hope for fixes. Save your money for now.

The frame rate is so choppy, it almost looks like you're playing a stop motion animation game. There are game speed settings, that you think would improve the frame rate, but only increase the speed of the game and not the smoothness. Do not buy.

The virtual joystick/game pad is sticky and almost impossible. I tried hooking up my mad catz controller and found out the game doesn't support controllers... isn't this 2017? Why aren't controllers supported? Awful. Frustrating. Embarrassing.

I personally think they did real good with these. I have a iPhone 5c and they run good on mine. As for controls. If you keep your fingers in the circle it's not a problem I give them thumbs up good job
