False advertising

This site is one of the worst sites I’ve ever tried. You can’t set distance so you get likes from contacts miles away! What false advertising!!!

There’s no ability to filter by age, sexual orientation, or location. What does this mean if you’re a straight woman? You’re going to get hit on by a bunch of old foreign men and get to see the profiles of gay men. I live in Chicago and have, in a week, not seen a single person from my ‘small town’. Deleting. This thing is in no way worth paying $80 for premium.
Face verification

Face verification doesn't work. Almost 4 days i have been waiting for pass the Face recognition. Always gives “oops! Chances used up, please come back tomorrow.” “Failed to load the Al verification. Please try it later”.
Images never load - very slow

Terrible experience for a new user. Literally no images are loading, most of the links aren't working. Ridiculous.

If you’re a POC try it for yourself. If you have brown skin your application will not be accepted. There weren’t any people on the app darker than a brown paper bag. Even the advertisements for the app are indicative of this.
Don’t bother downloading

App constantly freezes, has complicated registration procedure, and a waiting period to use the free version of the app. My time is valuable, this app isn’t worth it for me.

Great app. Easy & manageable. I like the fact that it’s focused on high end, & educated people. Yes, you have to pay but like the saying goes- you get what you pay for. Selective exclusivity is a good quality for dating apps in my opinion
