This app is so close to being perfect. What is right- It is easy to upload a profile. Face ID was smooth. The profile pages are slick and attractive. Just the right amount of straight forward info vs. personal input. Pics look good. I am putting cost in because I think the pricing is fine. You get what you pay for and almost everyone so far has been good quality (no catfish, no bogus profiles). Matching & messaging are easy and have no lag time. I like the “ who viewed you” setting. What is wrong- a little difficult to figure out what exactly you get with Pro version because there is no FAQ page. It tells you the added setting benefit under Pro but does not explain how to navigate. I finally figured it out. If they could add a chat support instead of only email it would be great. Next, and the biggest peeve, if you are paying for a premium app it needs to allow more customization in your match criteria. You need to be able to add a non-negotiable like smoking, location or sexual orientation. I get that you are limiting yourself however, you get a limited number of matches per day (and paying for more via Pro). For sure they should not contain complete opposite sexual orientation or a personal habit that is a dealbreaker. 1/2 of my daily matches were gay, heavy drinkers or smokers. All dealbreakers. That being said, if these few adjustments could be added this will be hands down the best premium dating app.

Absolute waste of time. Does not make sense what they use to approve or disapprove you. I have a great career and I’m a real person so I don’t get it. Nonetheless a complete waste of time! And of course their response to my review was a sarcastic and rude response. Instead of them to explain their algorithm, they would rather call you stupid. ? Speaks volumes.

Nothing but fake people and accounts; pretty people talking a lot of BS. And then the developers send me an alert telling me one of my pics was INAPPROPRIATE after being on the site for a month; what’s that all about? And they couldn’t tell me who said my pic was inappropriate!!!! A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

I download this app, filled out my profile completely, and verified my photos. When I filled everything out, it said my review process would take 8 hours. I downloaded it on a Monday or Tuesday and by Thursday I sent a message to the app people. They told me it takes 24 hours to review. It was over 24 hours at that point. Then around 10 pm Friday night I try to see what my status is and it came back that my profile was rejected. There was an option to email the people who run the app but when I click on that it says it’s unavailable. This was beyond disappointing to me.

App won't keep me logged in. I signed up through LinkedIn. Keeps saying my "session has expired". Bad experience. Hoping all my photos etc don't get sucked into cyber land.

This app is improving but the customer service’s response is very slow. There are flooded with scammers. Although people are reporting them, but they cannot do enough investigation and respond promptly. I hope people do not get scammed while the app is developing for next level.
