Great for nights and weekends

I wish people would read the notes from the app programmers before writing a one-star review saying that the app won't do something that it never promised to do. This app is for remote monitoring of Medtronic pacemakers, ICDs, and loop recorders. It is for clinicians only because the reports would mean nothing to a layperson. But for me, it is very helpful if patients calls in complaining of palpitations, etc. I can have them upload the info in the pacemaker and tell them from the comfort of my couch whether there is any abnormal rhythm. Medtronic stores their info in PDFs, and this app downloads those PDFs for review, much like the website. Makes it slow and clunky, even on WiFi. But the fact that I can get this info on a phone is still amazing. Now make your pacemakers wireless, Mdt!

Doesn't work at all for PATIENTS. Knowing Medtronic, they'll invent another "device" that allows you to do this - and charge you $3000 for it. The LEAST you could possibly do is to simply allow mobile devices to access the Carelink website without EXPLICITLY blocking them for *no reason*.

How about letting the people that actually pay for these expensive devices have access to the data as well! Nice for the clinicians but how about the parents? Would be nice to have my daughters diabetes info when we go into doctors offices and ER that are unfamiliar with her.

Login doesn't work. Who knows what the app is supposed to do. Medtronic should pull thus app. Leaving it here makes their IT look unprofessional.

That this app doesnt work for carelink users is simply beyond any possible explanation for how its been released. The carelink website interface is outdated, and apparently their lack of IT experience is a systemic issue that travels through marketing, and executive levels. incompetence.
