After trying out a few dozen medication trackers this one seems to be the all around best, has everything I'm looking for....quick and easy access, very user friendly, allows you to correct/change both new and old entries - ruined a ton of good ones being that the time stamp is set in stone - also personalization is great..i can go on and on bc it has it all, it's always there and completely reliable - can't go a day without it - if your looking for one of these u must at least give this one a try it's great

This is the only app that I have found that will do what I want to do. I have to take medications every four hours but not at the same time every day. This app records when I last took my pills and then reminds me when it is time again. I have been using this app for a couple of weeks now and it has never given me any trouble.

Looks like nice format but I can't get to History and I don't like the Take Now aspect. I didn't put in frequency so that is wrong. I just want a list if when I last took something.

Great way to keep track of when I used different medication!! The ability / option to clear the entries of all medications used would be a very helpful addition. At the start of the day I manually clear entries of all the different medications I have used the previous day; being able to do so with one or two taps would be ideal !

There are dozens of medication trackers in the App Store. Sometimes I think I must have tried them all. And what I've found is each seems to have a different idea of the problem they attempt to solve. Some are made to remind you when to take your regular meds. Others think the idea is to list your prescriptions for your doctor's review. And the list goes on... My problem is not my regular medications. It's the occasional meds — like Tylenol, Percocet, etc. for these I want a log of what, how much and when I took them and an alert for when it's safe to take them again. These aren't daily meds, but every 4, 6 or 8 hours. And sometimes I'll go weeks without taking them at all. That's what this App does better than any other. What I'd really like to see from the developer is an Apple Watch App that allows me to check on all of this in a Glance (and maybe a Complication?).

A very nice program that I have been using for the past year or so. I think it'd be a great program if it had the capability to take a picture of each medicine and more importantly, being able to make notes concerning each medication.

5 stars not because it's perfect, but because it fills a real need very well. Easy to keep track of meds taken at a certain time but the real bonus is keeping track of taking "as needed" meds with time separations. Meds compliance - and results - are improved dramatically. And it's free. Can't thank you enough. Doctors are impressed. Thank you. Thank you.

Greatest app I have found and have been using for years. Only thing that would improve it would be the ability to sync. With my other iOS devices. Usually use the ipad but when not home I use the iPhone but it will not sync. To the iPad.

Every time I open the app (even if it's already running) the list freezes for over 10 seconds and won't let me scroll. In my attempts to scroll, sometimes the app finally starts reacting and interprets the scroll attempt as a "Take Now". I have to edit and delete it. I get the impression it's waiting for the ad to load. This is on version 3.8.1, iOS 10.0.2, seven meds in my list.

There is a serious lag time between entering data and it posting which causes double entries at times, but other than than a decent app.
