My favorite for falling asleep

I’ve tried quite a few similar apps and this is the one I keep coming back to. I like being able to combine the sounds that I like best combined with - and this is key - the ability to control and adjust the volume of each individual sound within the combination. The sounds are of good quality, too: there is no obvious “break” or repeat. The creators of this app did a great job. My thanks to them for my improved sleep quality.

All of Ipnos’s apps are lovely. I use them to quiet my mind at night. I suffer from brain weasels:/ It’s like a 2 year old on sugar!
I love this app

I use it to stretch out to in the morning. I love being able to create my own relaxing sounds. I can add or remove sounds and combine sounds to create something unique and then save them.

I love the different kind of relaxation music if can listen to. The meditations are as fantastic as the music. I just happy I bought this app.
Not working

I just downloaded the app and it’s not working at all. I have the iPhone X and I don’t if only happens to this kind of iPhone but when I opened it, doesn’t show any type of music. Looks completely empty.
