I pop my headphones and in and play a combination of tones to help drown at the world. It's great when studying since the trance like tones keep me focused while getting ready for bed the tones help me relax as well. I suggest the free one! It had a great mix of tracks.

You doesn't need Internet connection to use the sounds that's so good! And you can got free sounds whatching videos, you combine your sounds like you want or see the combination of other people via Internet, very good program! I hope this grow more!
Great App for Free

They do have some paid features, but you can get a great amount out of the app without paying. In addition, the paid version is really affordable. I'm hoping they do some more redesigning to improve the UX, but even now it's not awful.
