I've tried different mediation apps and this one is great. Mary Maddux's voice is calm and reassuring no matter what you are going through. It helps with anxiety, stress and I like the healing your body mediation too.

I agree with all the others.... game changer... stress reliever... of the more than dozen guided meditation apps downloaded this is the only that remains!

Great material (Mary Maddox is awesome!) but occasionally the app won't open (just shows the loading icon). Also, the new "player" interface makes it difficult to restart a mediation from the beginning.

This app is wonderful. I have been using for over 2 years now.. Each meditation is titled. And there are different meditations for many, many topics.. from sleep to relaxation to having to meet new people.. I have used many different ones.. there are a couple that I refer do as my go to meditations...... this is one of the Far superior websites for meditation... easy to use and you will benefit greatly. Give it a try.

Not only does this app work well from a technical standpoint, the meditations are incredibly effective and supportive. I recommend this app to everyone.
