Love the meditations

This guided meditations are very helpful for me. I can program to meditate almost daily, they deal with many aspects as well as levels of meditation. Effortlessly, becoming aware of the breath and allowing thoughts to flow really has been a discovery for me toward mi dful meditation. I really recommend this app for all who want to meditate and just don't know how.

I have used Meditation Oasis for at least 4 years now. It's taken me through some stressful times and some scary moments and even the everyday joys. I now understand what it means to "just let life be." It's been a learning journey, but an extremely worthwhile one. I highly recommend this app!

I listen to it frequently, to go to sleep, when flying, for inspiration. The voice is very soothing. Background music relaxes me. I preferred prior version though. 5 stars application. Thanks for making it available.
