Awesome app that works really well. My only complaint is that on Apple Watch pressing “Take All” doesn’t register back to the phone app and I keep getting reminders.

I was constantly forgetting if I took my meds or not , memory loss is a side effect of the meds go figure but with this app it reminds me to take them and if I have forgotten if I’ve taken them I can just check the app it’s great ! If you’re like me and have memory issues and take meds on regular basis this is the app for you, it’s easy and free !

In an age where most of us have two or more devices, it would be nice if the Medisafe data would keep up.

No option for frequency by hours

I’d love for this to work but I’m trying to schedule meds frequency q8h and the closest option is tid which does not calculate the time correctly. I was advised not less than q8h for an opioid but the tid option give less than 8 hr frequency. And if I change the time, it adjusts.

Will Not let Re-download Medisafe

Sadly since last Medisafe update my iPhone Medisafe app disappeared with all my personal information still in it from my iPhone, and when I go to the AppStore to try to re-download it’s not letting me re-download it back into my iPhone but some how I’m still able to get into my Medisafe Account and all my personal information is still in the MediSafe App ??

Bugs with time zone changes - cannot handle

I’ve used this app for over a year. Unfortunately, when you change time zones, the app cannot handle the change successfully. I’ve taken 3 trips east to west and back. Every time zone change fouls up reminders and causes the app to hang up when trying to correct future reminders. I’ve endured as long as I am willing to. I’m now parking this app in the useless and frustrating category.

So helpful and easy to use. Can’t recommend it highly enough. I only have one pill a day to remember, but I’m sure I couldn’t do it reliably without this app.

Love the App but one feature needs to be fixed

Hello first off this app is amazing. Only one item needs to be fixed or updated. When you click into a medication and in the bottom right try and click "take" on an iPhone x the app won't recognize that your pressing anything. The workaround is to click take from the main menu which works except when there is more than one medication due at the same time.

I appreciate this app so much. I am Type 1 diabetic, and it has helped remind me every busy morning to take my insulin. It has been a valuable tool.
