Looks like a fraudulent provider, not even provided minimal claims and unnecessarily paying the premium to their service. Better to switch over immediately

Not able to find hospitals that covered by medibuddy

For an IT consultant, he is always away from home and his family. The application should provide all the list of hospitals that is covered by medibuddy. Your application search facility is not up to the mark. This is the basic facility you should provide and should be easy to find. I am sorry but the money we are paying and we should get benefit.

Worst application. There is no way to raise Domiciliary claim through the app. UI is not intuitive. Much disappointed.
