It would have been great app if it facilitates to add/delete dependent from the app. I am having tough time to add dependent from mobile from last couple of days..

Login doesn’t work with userid and password. Had to choose identify yourself to login.

The app is not well designed and lacks basic usability. Most of the screens do not have back button/option. You have to kill and restart the app to go back to home screen.

MediBuddy is good app, provides quick info. However tabs in Web Vs App are different which can be improved.

Couldn’t login

Couldn’t log in at all! No help from ‘forgot password ‘ or ‘forgot id ‘.

I have submitted claim 25th January and my claim is not approved yet. asking extra document after one months which was no where mention in application and they are not ready to clarify about their hidden policy. Still waiting for their response after 7 weeks.
