No Flexibility No Support

I occasionally need to take more than my regular dose of meds. I like to keep track of unscheduled doses but this app doesn't allow for that. When I emailed support via their link in the app, I got a generic response telling me to call 911. Most recently, I needed to increase my dose by half a tablet. Not allowed. Any attempts to get support are met with an error message. No thanks.

Reschedule feature would be nice, option for every other day or weekend or weekdays would be nice, and most importantly, when you take a pill that's unscheduled it should still deduct from the current pill total and it does not today.

I've previously written a review with my complaints, but I have now discovered that I cannot edit a medications quantity without also altering the entire history of what I have taken. Example: I used to take one of a particular pill twice a day. That has changed per my doctor's recommendations to taking two pills now twice today if I see fit. I have the autonomy to make that change myself, however, I must have two separate entries in the app in order to use it that way. There is no good way to correctly correlate the quantity left of a particular medication when there are multiple entries being used to track the taking of it. This is a very frustrating app… Especially since it's the best I have found so far and is so fraught with these problems.

I use this app everyday and have been for almost a year. I tried the others and this just worked for me. Because this app no longer seems to be supported I'm searching for a new app. Update: This app is at least 2 updates behind. This app needs a display update (Retina) for the iPhone 6 Plus. Presently the displays appears to be low resolution. Next; when I do a 'refresh' (presumably to send my data to somewhere) the amounts of some of the medications is changed, usually to some lesser amount by about 3. With ios 9.2.1 alarms for reminding me to take a med, no longer work.

No Notifications!!!!!

I have loved this app but I no longer am getting notifications. This is highly important to me. Please fix or help!!!!

For the IOS9.2 iPhone 6 update I believe is when I stopped getting notifications to take medications I have contacted them several times over 3 months & as of Jan/Feb they have not had this as an issue they were even working on to correct but prior to this I loved the app unfortunately I had to delete it.

I have notified them of this problem several times and they deny anything is wrong. After reading everyone else's reviews about the SAME problem, I figured I better advise that I too am having this problem. For me personally, this app is useless without the notifications. The online support has been very fast and responsive, but that does no good when they say there is no problem and it's just my settings. I know how to set up notifications Thank You

No updates make app useless

This app worked great for years, but no notifications at all anymore. The app is basically useless now. I found the medisafe app and I haven't missed a dose since.

It looks like you should be able to add a pharmacy or Doctor from my address book but when I get there it doesn't have an option to import the data so my only option is to cancel. Looks like there are a few other issues here as well. Going to pass on using it anymore

I think this has the potential to be one of the best reminder apps out there for medications, IF IT ACTUALLY REMINDED YOU. No sounds, no banners not even a flashing light. Just by chance that I look at my phone and decide to click the app. I'll GIVE THEM A WEEK FROM TODAY to correct it, if not unfortunately I'll have to dump the app and lower my rating to 1 and give my feedback to the website that recommended it to me.
