Since the latest update the app won't stay open it just keeps closing and won let me open anything in the app. Help! Please fix

Can't open MedCoach. All my info is stored there and visiting new doc and had no way of giving home this information. I had to go home and write down all my meds 11 and doses and call doc so they can put in computer. I very annoyed. Can anyone fix this? If not I will go to another site that offers the same service. Not good Med coach.

Loved this app until yesterday. I haven't even updated to iOS 10 yet but the app won't stay open for more than 3 seconds! MUST know if this will be fixed ASAP otherwise will have to find a new app :(

Worked great, then I could only select one med at a time... NOW it crashes immediately. What happened?? Looking for a new app...

It keeps crashing. You do the littlest thing and it crashes. And the support link doesn't work. They need to fix this now. I don't want to start over on a different app.

From great to bad to worse

I really relied on this app to keep me in check with my meds. There was an update a few months ago and all of a sudden my information is gone and even after inputting everything again, it wouldn't give me reminders. Well now an update occurred a day or so ago and I will get a reminder to take my pills! Hooray! Except now it crashes the second I try to open it. Back to being useless

Great App, two items missing.

This is a great App, and it works as advertised. It's especially good at refill reminders, you don't have to count pills left, it does that for you; just add the number of the refill pills to the amount showing left. As long as you have faithfully entered pills taken or skipped you are good to go. I would like to see: 1. The ability to add your own reason for skipping a pill, and 2. The ability to choose several medications and enter a custom taken time. Right now you have to enter each medication's time taken if you miss a time when multiple Meds were do. Fix that, and this App will be 5 stars.

Saved my life but needs a tweak or two.

20161113 Update: thank you for fixing selection issue - thought the old icon was just fine though - wish you hadn't changed it. 20160918 Update: just installed IOS 10 and suddenly I can't select multiple medications - I try to select one and I am taken directly to a second page. If this is not fixed soon I will look for a different app - I don't have time for this nonsense. I love this app - in fact it's probably helped me save my own life more than once because of critical meds I must take. I cannot say 'thank you' strongly enough. However....I would like to suggest that 1) you give it the ability to track As Needed meds; and 2) it needs a bug fix for those meds that you tell it you're going to quit taking on a certain date. Even though you won't need them any more it gives you a reminder that you need a refill.

I've been trying for three days to try out this app, but no matter how many times I try logging in, even when I change the password, I keep getting server error messages. An app for a medication list that requires logging into an outside server isn't at all useful--a person's medication list can't be held hostage even by a reliable server. Medications need to be taken even when a person is offline!
