Perfect Pocket app ever but only one important thing missing

I love this app, it’s s the most beautiful app in this App Store, i hope to give it five stars but there is only one thing missing “Live Photo “ you didn’t support this type of pictures It’s sooo important for many people We use it everyday, but the problem is when I import Live Photo into this app it’s shows me the Live Photo like normal photo So please can you support Live Photo in your next update Thanks for all the app team.

I was liking the app until I started to add files. Once I was getting a number of them in the folders I had created it crashed and wouldn’t open back up no matter what I tried. Deleted app then re-downloaded it. Got my folders set up and started transferring files. Crashed again! Same thing, wouldn’t open. Tried once more, same thing. Deleted it. Would be exactly what I’d want if it worked.

So far, almost the perfect app.

Almost exactly what I was looking for to replace in the old app that is no longer being updated by the developer . But, I did have one very annoying issue. When I was transferring photos from the old app to the new app, somewhere in the neighborhood of about 2000 which I did at roughly 500 at a time, pocket file suddenly stopped working . I had to delete it and reinstall it. This was kind of frustrating because I already deleted the photos from the old app. Just to clarify I first moved the photos to the iOS photo library and then pockets files. Hopefully it will not happen again. Otherwise I would’ve rated this five stars

After buying app, I can’t create more than six folder inside a folder. The app crashes every time I do!

I bought this close to a year ago now all of a sudden it says after 50 uploads u have to pay a monthly fee to add anything else! Bait & Switch

Absolutely worthless. Forced upgrade without warning. I had documents saved with pin protection. Its all gone and never made it into new version of the app. Complete fail of purpose of the product.

Good app marred by yet another asinine subscription price

The app is good - if overly colorful. Is it worth a perpetual subscription - or a one time fee of ****$30***?? No. Not even close. Compare it to other apps in that price range, and it’s plain to see how ludicrous that is. Just another predatory app trying to trick you into subscribing forever (hence the insane one-time purchase price.) Stay away from dishonest developers.

Unable to import video from web.

-update. I move a folder today and the the app crashes each time I start it! Currently unusable and I’ve lost everything. Hope it’s fixable. Unable to import video from a web page.

I accidentally closed the app while my files were transferring causing it to crash. I could not open the app. I contacted the support team and they worked until I was able to open and use the app and I didn’t lose any of my files. Thanks again.
