I am very angry because when I updated the program I lost the collection of pictures and files saved in the program ???how to retrieve them
I *used to* love this app.

In the past I sang praises of this app to my friends because of it’s functionality. Now I will issue “stay away” signs, because the author, while talented, caved and made this a subscription app, when, personally, I feel it would have sold better at a one time price. The current one time price is also WAY too high. There are features that have been suggested to the author that would bring it closer to being justified, but they haven’t been added yet, or the author just doesn’t care, and wants those people who’ve already downloaded the app and use it to ‘bite the bullet’ and agree to pay monthly. Time to look for another folder app, since there are hundreds in the App Store.

I am unable to restore my purchase of pocket files, I have adds interrupting even I have already paid for it two years ago.
The search function not very useful.

For someone has a lot of files and images the search function is critical, in this app search isn’t really useful because it is not accurate or restricted and that doesn’t help if you have thousands of files and images.
Lifetime premium worth it

Paid for the lifetime premium access and after the update to 6.0 this app is the best. A digital safe for everything I need my kids to stay away from. Can lock individual folders with faceid and has a built in media player and web browser. So customizable it’s great!
Not Cool

Now with the basic plan, you can only store up to 6 files.. that is just messed up. From being able to store about 40 files to 6 files.. not everyone has the means to get a premium plan. This app use to be one of the best photo and files vault app, but now it’s among the worst.
