No video in landscape for iPhone X

Just upgraded from an iPhone 6s Plus to the iPhone X. Anytime I try to play a web video I can never get it to play in landscape only in portrait. Worked fine on the 6s+ but on the X no matter how you turn the phone it stays in portrait.
