This is literally the worst app I’ve ever had the displeasure of wanting. Easily. This isn’t one of those I say “literally” but mean “figuratively” reviews. It’s just god awful. Every 6 months, I can login and get a solid 3 days of usage out of it. Then, BAM, it tells me to “Check My Subscription”. “Check My Subscription”, “CHECK MY SUBSCRIPTION”??? You need to check your horrifying app!!! How can one company have 2 apps (HBOGO and MaxGO), look like carbon copies of each other, yet one works perfect, and the other makes me want to walk into oncoming traffic?

I pay for the Optimum gold package, and this app states that I am not subscribed to watch any Cinemax movie channels. Get it straight, fix this for paying customers!! When I go to the Cinemax and Movie Channel channels, I am able to view them on my cable box but not on the app. This is very frustrating. Fix this ASAP.

Why is streaming with chromecast not available when you have the icon on the pics!?! Are y’all that lazy that you haven’t been able to fix this yet?
No streaming on smart tv devices like the rest such as hbo

Still no streaming on smart devices like Apple TV or smart tv or not even Roku. I am surprised that Cinemax would be slow and I mean to not even to compete with showtime anytime and starz.

Soy cliente de Directv Puerto Rico. Hace 8 días ordené el paquete premium de Cinemax con la esperanza de poder ver dicha programación a través de mi iPad de 6ta Generación. Ni un solo segundo he podido disfrutar de la programación. Me indica que aparentemente mi suscripción con Directv no incluye HBO GO y me exhorta a que llame a la compañía para que resuelvan la situación. Primero que ni ordené HBO GO ni bajé dicha aplicación. Yo ordené Cinemax y bajé Max GO y al tratar de entrar mis credenciales obtengo los resultados antes mencionados. He llamado en 4 ocasiones a Directv Puerto Rico y tengo a sus especialistas trabajando arduamente sin resultados positivos. Para mi que no es Directv sino que es la aplicación. La instalé en mi Galaxy Note8 y sucede exactamente lo mismo. Verifiquen ustedes la aplicación y estoy abierto al diálogo para explicarle a sus expertos dicha situación.
