The title says it all. I booked an appointment, launched it at the scheduled time, and then waited for the provider to launch the appointment, which never happened.

This is so much simpler and easier than going in to the doctor’s office, and affordable too. I just talked to a nurse practitioner. It cost $18 and took ten minutes and I did it from my couch. AWESOME
Simply the best

I just moved and now I live over an hour from my GP but, using maven made my life so much less stressful! You can talk to a real doctor (they’re all so friendly) at almost any time of the day and they’re able to write prescriptions and send them right to the pharmacy. Seriously, this app is a time saver and a life saver!

Let me start off by saying Maven Clinic is truly a groundbreaking app. I can’t express how much an app like this is needed, especially for millennial women! For $35, you get your ten minutes with the practitioner you need. It’s wonderful. That being said, my first and only appointment was a little lackluster. I really felt a disconnect between the physician and I, and it seemed that she was staring more at her Google screen than to what I was saying. I selected the category I needed and was matched with a physician in another specialty, which is fine, but I really felt like a bother since I wasn’t in her line of specialty. I really felt no sense of welcome from this physician, which is something I have never dealt with from the doctors I see face to face. I feel that I really received no valuable information, except a few links to pages from Google. It was disappointing, but maybe not a dealbreaker for me and Maven Clinic. When the opportunity arises, I will give Maven Clinic another shot, just with a different practitioner.

Felt like they cared. Answered all my questions and helped me figure out the best option. Love that they were so thorough! Will be using this option again!

I like the app, it is helpful... when it’s not crashing! For some reason if I scroll too long on the app it just closes out, every single time.

Literally amazing. So convenient. Ability to prescribe for minor STIs, birth control, yeast infections etc without having to go through the hassle of a doctor.
Finally easy healthcare for women

Needed BC but did not have a primary doctor in the area. Planned Parenthood was too far for me. Scheduled an appointment with Dr Wynn and my prescription was ready for pick up within an hour. This is how healthcare should be: accessible and affordable for everyone.
