Really good app.

Prices aren’t too high. I love that I don’t have to leave the house and they can even give me prescriptions like Birth Control. The one feature I don’t like is that I have to pay for per message when talking to a nurse or doctor. I can understand per conversation but sometime you need more than one message to clear things up.

Good service & app works great!

I just completed my free trial appointment and have to say the practitioner I spoke with was not only knowledgeable but also very nice, professional and timely and I wouldn't hesitate to speak with her again in future. The app itself functioned perfectly and it was very easy to use!

Wow super easy and quick.

No more waiting in line for the OBGYN! No more time wasted driving to and fro just to refill your birth control pills. Just sign on for a ten minute call and get consultation wherever and whenever. Thanks for making health access easily accessible, Maven!

The convenience I've always wanted!

On time, focused discussion with provider, 20 minutes was perfect! Love the app and reminders. Hope to use it again!

I love this app!!! It's so freaking helpful when you're just down about life because you can talk to someone who gets it and will help you refocus.

Love it!!!

Highly recommended but a suggestion

Great app and very useful. I do wish they had a dermatologist available for consult. Maybe in the future they will consider that.

I’m a busy mom of two small children, so it’s difficult for me to make a doctor’s appointment to discuss my health. I love this app because I don’t have to find a sitter or load up my children in the car to take them to sit in a waiting room. The funny thing is...I started using Maven as part of a paid focus group, and now I love it and will be using it often. The medical professionals are great. They really listen to you and offer practical advice. Being at home is very comfortable, and I feel safer discussing sensitive things like my sex drive or weight. Some medical professionals can even write you a prescription. The prices are great in my opinion. More often than not you pay less than a copay to get straight to the point with your medical questions. No filling out extensive paperwork. No germy waiting areas. No consulting forums with people who aren’t qualified to give you medical advice. Even sessions with specialized doctors aren’t too much more than an average copay. The app is attractive and very easy to use. Make sure you fill in your health binder, and writer a brief pre-appointment note to help your doctor, therapist, or nurse practitioner know what you need.

What a millennial needs

In this day and age I need someone who is easily and comfortably accessible to me and I also need freedom to choose. I found both in maven. Very simple to use. I'm in my 20s and I find this actually more personable than going into a clinic or hospitable. Maybe because I'm in my pjs right now and I've just finished a session!

Not for me

Honestly this app is too pricy and when I talked to the health care provider on there they were not a help at all. The things they said seemed like they googled it. Also, I’m a Full-time college student and money is tight I read somewhere about this app & I thought it was college student friendly but it’s expensive for the time that is rewarded for what you pay. $10 to send 2 things and $35 for only 10 minutes is not worth it for me. This app has a great concept and It is very convenient but I wish they lowered the price or made it where the price you pay is worth the time.
