Great service.. App need improvement

We used this app more than a year and we happy for the service, But we faced a bad experience in payment, Every time the app deduct 1 riyal before the service charges and every time we need to contact customer service to refund it. I suggest for you to change your method in credit card check, for example when I pay for Google or Amazon they charge 1 $ and return it in same moment for make sure the credit card is active. I hope you update your method soon.

العامله بطييييييئه استغرقت وقت الزياره 4 ساعات في المطبخ طيب وباقي الشقه وعلى فكره مطبخ صغير 4 في 4 وغير كذا نظيف مو وصخ تنظيف غبار فقط اتمنى الي يقرا يتواصل معي

Terrible customer service

Their. Customer service experience is terrible. They try with livechat other tools to be helpful, but a bad service is a bad service. They keep changing maids and one ends up explaining everything every time you request a maid. As for payment, they take 1 riyal to confirm they charge you hourly and most of the time the service doesn’t meet expectations. I used it for some time then decided to delete the app and spare myself the headache. The app needs UI UX expert to adjust and fix.

I ordered the service to the another address by mistake. I offered to pay for their ride to my place and deduct the time from the cleaning time frame. The customer service called me to tell me it was cancelled with no refund and they were very rude and literally yelling at me that it is my fault and that I have to deal with it. انا طلبت خدمة ماتيك على عنوان آخر بالخطأ، وعندما وصلوا عرضت عليهم ان ادفع لهم تكاليف سيارة الوصول عندي. وبإمكانهم ايضا احتساب وقت المواصلات الاضافي من ساعات العمل. لكن بدلا من ذلك، اتصلوا بي خدمة العملاء وكانوا غير محترمين ابدا وبصوت عالي يقولون لي هذا الخطأ منك وسوف نلغي الطلب بدون تعويض.

تطبيق مره سيء ما انصح اي احد في الكون يتعامل معه بسبب سوء المواعيد وسوء العاملات وعدم مرونه خدمه العملاء لديهم وبسبب النافذه الزمنيه لا واذا راحت الجلسه مايعوضونك الا لمى تدفع ثانيه ( مذله ) انصح الجميع بعدم تجربته ولا التعامل معه هناك تطبيقات فعاله اكثر وافضل ويحترون "رضى العميل" مب زي ذولا خدمه سيئه ولا كويسه طق راسك بالجدار..

Waiting for the maids who were late for more than hour and a half, then called the company since they did not show up. I was told that the visit is cancelled even though that I provided the whole address the night before and provided it to the driver who called early in the morning. No one called me to tell about the cancelation. When complained, I was told the management will get back to me in 48 hrs, I don't need the service in 48 hrs. انتظرت العاملات الي تأخروا اكثر من ساعه ونص ولما اتصلت استفسر عن التاخير قالوا تكنسلت الزياره مع اني موفره عنوان كامل الليله الي قبلها والسواق متصل الصباح يقول جايين وحطيت له العنوان. محد كلمني ابدا بخصوص الالغاء وجالسه انتظر ومعطله نفسي من غير فايده ولما اتصلت اشتكي قالوا ترد لك الاداره خلال ٤٨ ساعه، انا مو محتاجه الخدمه اصلا بعد هالوقت ، مافي اي احترام للعميل والتجربه كلها بالنسبه لي اسوأ من سيئه.
