While this has been one of my favorite games for quite a while now….this last update is crappy. While I don’t mind paying to m play at all, its very frustrating to spend 100’s of $$$ and then they change the boosters power. We intentionally purchase some boosters more then others. I am pretty sure this is borderline fraud. If we purchased something the way it was and then it gets changed of then it is 100% deceptive business practices.

I bought the winter update package and lost all my boosters after my opponents was able to make moves and activate his/her booster two times after his time was up. I simply need my money back or the boosters. It’s not fair to allow people to spend money on this stuff only to get cheated. Why are they able to make moves after their time is up? A good minute passed after my opponents time was up. Y’all need to fix that

Good game but I think you guys she put more incentive to donating boosters like for example the better booster you donate the more coins you will get so if I donate a three star booster I get 80 coins 2 star 60 and down on

It’s rediculous that every time when a players name is “guest” they get to play long after time is past and their time is as doubleed as mine. It is more than obvious that there are no real players behind that, but the game is programmed like that and it is a computer. In last time when there is a player with booster that you sell, I just go out of the game knowing that I have zero chances wining them with regular and diamond boosters, so it’s no fun for neighter of us. In the beginning when the game was fair it was a great game, but now unfortunately it’s frustrating and I am afraid that I will delete it. Best regards, Ana

Can we get at least new stickers instead of duplicates all the time you can unlock a lot books but have no stickers they do help with team support but that’s about it lol

Why and how can someone losing by 200 or more points and make one last match for 3 points and flip them to win 300 it’s not set on a even algorithm

More than half of the reviews reference the ongoing cheating that occurs whereby your opponent hacks the game, and as a result they have no time limit and their turns end only when they are out of moves. I’ve reported this to support and have even provided websites and YouTube videos of cheaters illustrating how they hack the system. And the response from matchmasters is always the same: that it’s a technical issue and no player has a time advantage. Clearly they don’t even bother investigating or they are in complete denial. The response to most reviews is contact support but what’s the point when they close your ticket claiming a productive conversation can’t be had and they are the ones making it productive by not engaging in a 2 way discussion. They want you to accept their explanation like a foolish robot and just go back to spending more money on their app like nothing is wrong. There’s a reason thousands of reviewers are mentioning the same issue - we aren’t all dumb so stop treating us like we are. Great game but bad customer support and service, regarding this issue at least. If they would address this issue I would give it 5 stars but they need to respect the voice of paying customers in order to earn that. They are driven by the need to make more money - that’s their first priority, open your eyes matchmasters.
