Didn't know I needed to pay to contact people I'm attracted to :(

They're happy to send you emails announcing 'someone' likes you or has visited you, or has favorited you. Of course you cannot see who it was unless you subscribe. What prompted me to write a review though is the false advertising emails announcing 'full access for free' for a limited time. Sadly, nothing had changed during that time. I am left to believe the whole company is a sham.

This app is great, you can meet new people, browse through people from all over the country, but you really can't contact anyone unless you pay! But once you pay this app is pretty cool!

Unable to CANCLE subscription.

Whatever you do, do not pay for your membership through apple/iTunes. For some idiotic reason the match company is unable to CANCLE memberships if you have done this. I have had to contact apple and I keep getting the run around and still have been unable to cancel! Beyond annoying and frustrating!

A little overwhelming & too many emails

4 stars for getting the job done... Introducing me to a ton of new people. I like that it gives a decent amount of information so you can get to know them a little before you begin. It can be extremely overwhelming keeping up with all of the messages and likes etc. There is not enough time in the day to sift through all of the messages, likes, and views, much less seek out more people! The most annoying thing is the amount of emails sent to you. I have tried several times, from my phone and computer, to turn of these email notifications but, they just keep on coming! I also wish there was some way to categorize your messages and or other people... Not for them but for yourself so you can prioritize when to get back. Otherwise it's just a jumble mess of messages from people your equally interested in, ones you'd like to get back to when you have more time and the ones that are not serious candidates. I'm new to this whole online dating thing but, these are my 2 cents.

Want people who don't subscribe to be able to message you? That'll be extra.. Also filled with fake people.. You'd figure for $50+ a month that could pay somebody to delete the fake profiles.. Even worse, they're always the same and easy to spot.. It's just lazy, and I don't appreciate it. Shame on you match.com.. Shame..
