I just want to cancel

I made the mistake of joining via the app which means you can't cancel through match. I've not met anyone (I'm picky so that's not their fault), so i want off because I'm tired of getting emails from guys that could be my dad (& I'm not YOUNG). You can't cancel through iTunes on your phone (at least not that I can find), so I'll need to at work on my computer there. Super inconvenient.

Have not been able to post a profile picture ever since I downloaded this app a month ago. It crashes every single time I try to upload a pic selected from the photo library. Pretty basic feature rendered useless.

I wish I read the reviews before buying this app... Horrible ... 0 stars!! I do not think they have an algorithm to match people at all, I am a girl and I listed that I am interested in men and I still got gay women, none of my preferences was respected (age: I chose 29-35 years old and I got 23-25 year old men- appearance: if a man says he is only interested in meeting redheads why do I see them in my matches, social status, education, religion and etc. etc.) it is very frustrating!! It is a very bad investment... I just cancelled and of course no refund... They make you do this survey when you cancel and ask why it did not work, one of the options was "it's me I am looking for perfection" LOL ... Least to say they need to take that option out... It is "you" match.com the reason I am canceling and I am taking my business somewhere else.

Match is terrible. I regret spending my hard earned money for their service. Lot of spammers, unhelpful customer support, wretched user interface. Avoid the same mistake I made and avoid match. I use tinder, OK Cupid, and bumble. They all worked as advertised. Match was a disappointment.
