Don’t waste your time or money. I did and it got me no where. I get way more dates on other apps and was trying find something more serious on here. I could not be more dissatisfied. Trust me DO NOT SPEND MONEY!

What a joke! Pay for a premium membership and nothing comes of it. Go days with no matches and when they do show up, it’s the exact same people every time. How many times do you have to say no before they get the message. And half of the ones they do natch you with have completely opposite characteristics than you list in your preferences. When they don’t find matches they just suggest that I alter my preferences. What, I’m supposed to change the type of person I’m interested in just so you don’t have to do what I’m paying for? That’s not the way this works! Don’t waste you time and efforts on this one!!!

Have to pay if you want to message anyone

Most apps I have you can message back and fourth or like someone but with match you have to pay to even do that and it’s expensive. No thanks

Had been a loyal customer, however, have noticed that over time the policies have focused on revenue generation, and not the customer. Most recently, after disputing a bill for $205.00, I was locked out of my account. This prevents you from deleting your profile and pictures. Otto, in customer service, stated that because I disputed the bill I would be prevented from accessing my account. Keep in mind, I wasn’t asking to browse matches, just to access my account, which you can do before even signing up. For me, this is a clear indication of punitive policies and also calls in question the legitimacy of any profiles that they feature. For example, if you see mine, and write me, I won’t be responding. Empirically, I believe this is the case for many of the profiles I encountered. It really bothers me that when I expressed concern over my privacy and safety with respect to wanting to completely delete my profile, they simply said that because I had uploaded it, and then disputed the the latest bill, after being a loyal customer for a few years, I had lost my rights. Buyer beware and consider patronizing more reputable options like Bumble, Hinge, et al. Good luck.

I can no longer see anybody in my area unless I pay to boost. Pure scam whatever you do don’t pay to boost. THEY force you to buy multiple boost and then make it impossible not to use up within 1 or two days because the stick the boost button right in the way of the see who views you buttons!!!! Waste fo time and mone. SCAM ScaM SCAM SCAM
