Can’t even send messages to matches

I matched with someone and I can’t even send them a message without upgrading to premium?? What’s the point of even using this app if you can’t talk to the people you match with. If I could give this no stars I would.

If you’re living in Oklahoma and live in your 20’s, don’t waste your time or money on this app. There are barely anyone on it and in the 6 months I’ve had it I’ve only had a couple matches. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone in my age group.

I see history of communications going waay back that shouldn’t be there. I see that it appears I have a match but scrolling thru there are no new matches. You really need to fix this app. It was fine the way it was!

I have been through a few dating sites as well as other software systems. I really feel strongly that understanding how the software or system works is very important both to your success in the system as well as getting what you want out of it. Leanne was very helpful in helping me understand how things work. This should relieve me and others of stress and wasting time. I think everyone should take a few minutes of time at the beginning of their subscription and figure out what works.
