Too horrible to rate! Do not buy this. I thought i was buying the Microsoft Office group of programs. This is a scam - instead i bought a stupid handbook. Dont buy this. Shame on the company for falsely advertising and selling this product in this manner. I am disgusted. Report to Better Business Bureau and cancel these charges on your credit card!!!!!!!!!

I am new to iPad and because of this type of download, I will be skeptical from now on. With this type of trickery allowed by The Apple Store,who can you trust and how are you to know? I want my money back so I can by something I can use, not the manual to something I don't have!

I wanna call myself stupid for downloading this apps. I should have read first the comments and reviews. I wasted and gave away my $22. I surely will delete this apps and the 20 bucks is now a charity to apple store. Do not mislead the public regarding this application. Do you believe in KARMA?

This program has nothing to do w a MSN product or compatible..it's an instruction pack to use on your REAL computer....it's a screw job to make you download it thinking that you are getting something that is actually a word processor...READ carefully at all times... There is NO word processor for what you just bought unless you spend bucks and more.... Wish I had stayed with an IBM product. Actually an iPad is useless. This product underscores that fact.

This is a scam, and I'll tell you why: the price is not commensurate with the product. I downloaded it after, admittedly, not reading the description thoroughly, thinking it was an app version of Word and Excel. So I take responsibility for my own impatience and stupidity. BUT, it's important to note, that the main reason I was quick to assume this was a word processing app was the high price tag. It is priced at exactly the same rate as Pages and Numbers and other equivalent productivity apps. For $22, I couldn't have imagined it would be a cheesy tutorial. Those types of apps usually go for $1.99 or so. So it is clear that the people selling this app are counting on people making exactly the mistake I just did. It's infuriating and although certainly legal, in contractual terms, is not ethical by a long stretch. Class action lawsuit anyone?
