Great game that I've played since iPhone 4 however, this is the worst update ever. The load times take forever, it hangs on a black screen every time you change to anything, and it's extremely sluggish. Please fix this soon!! It's basically unplayable! ?

Something is broken in the latest update. Loading screens take forever, often hanging on a black screen for 5-10 seconds.

I'm a daily player and have been for several years. Something's wrong with the most recent update. The lag delays between screen changes are annoying and make the game more difficult to play. Love the new ranks though.

R109 has major issue

Great game. Been playing for over a year but the latest update R109 has horrible delays throughout the entire app; e.g. Transitions between parts of the app take 8-10 secs and there are a lot of transitions in normal play. Prior to this release would rank a solid 4 stars...would be 5 but you have to pay to really compete and have a chance of getting the good covers.

Last update have major loading problems. Seeing black screens inbetween each loadings. Also the FB backup is useless, it does not allow me to play on different devices for the same account.

I really like the VIP system and think it's an inexpensive, yet great way to boost your battle power. I still think the developers need to have occasional sales on hero points since the cost for packs and adding hero slots are so high

Great for people that don't want to pay to win, the daily missions are amazing for new players to quickly get up to competitive levels just through a little bit of daily gameplay

Overall, this is a great game and it can be very absorbing. This game has lots of depth and can be played for a long time with out getting stale. You need to be patient to build up your roster of characters or you'll end up spending a lot of $$. However, R109 is incredibly frustrating. Switching between screens you experience a black screen from 4 to 8 seconds on iPhones. From my online research this appears to be happening to many users. It really spoils the enjoyment of an otherwise fun game so 3*'s is all I could give it. Hopefully they'll have a fix out soon!
