What’s going on with the app, I thought this updated and it’s not working, can not see the events, please fix

“Updated for 2018” by completely removing the ability to track runners in-app. The app now just directs users to web tracking. MCM organizers, please dump this vendor and get a real tracking app for 2019.
Schedule isn't working at all

The schedule doesn't show up at all. That's pretty important for the race weekend. Also the app looks like a legacy app and won't fill the screen on an iPhone X.

Does not allow you to track within the app. Seems to send to a mobile site requiring one to sign up for SMS updates.

This app is a joke. Your options for tracking a runner are to get text updates or track on the map. The map is at least 10 minutes behind and shows runners wildly off course. The map won’t refresh without crashing and reentering all runner information. The race is more than an hour in and I haven’t received a single text update, not to mention why would you even need text updates with a functioning app?

Looks awesome but delivers NOTHING. App crashed constantly and messaging and email updates were nonexistent. I wanted to track a runner while traveling and just gave up. Maybe I’ll receive status reports after the completion.

Great appearance and offer of features. However, the app crashes every time one tries enter a name or bib to track.

Crashes pretty much every time you try and use it and provides little or no information. Runner tracking doesn’t work either. If MCM paid a developer for this app they should demand a refund with interest since it has sullied their otherwise stellar reputation — Semper Fi!
